Averie is ready for adoption! She is the “Averie” sculpt by Kimberley Keller (Kimbry Dolls) and is pour #10 in the edition, which was cast in 2019. She is painted by myself, Willow Dobson (Star Sprouts Nursery).
She was cast in Ecoflex-20 platinum silicone. She has had her ears replaced with ones I sculpted/cast myself, as her original ears had some bubbles I was unable to fully repair. That is the only modification that has been made.
I painted her with many layers of silicone paints to achieve her lifelike newborn complexion. She has mottling, skin depth, veins, nails, and many other tiny details in her painting. She has been sealed and carefully matted with Silicone Velvet powder, so her skin is silky smooth.
She has an open mouth, complete with a tongue inside. She takes a micro-preemie pacifier. She has newborn-gray Lauscha glass eyes, which give her lots of expression and life! She is 16” long and weights 4.5lbs. She does NOT have armatures in her limbs.
She fits into preemie clothing, and will arrive home with a sleeper, a onesie, 3 diapers, a swaddle blanket, a wee thumbie pacifier, and her COA.
